Shouldn't Bono at least change his shirt and shower before meeting with the fans? I mean he slept in that, that's kind of foul. Just had to point that out. Good song.

I am a self taught musician, and started learning the guitar 6 years ago. Since then, I have picked up drums, bass, vocals, and keyboards.I currently play guitar with Interim, fronted by Danny Leonard. Danny writes most of his own music, as well as some pretty awesome dubstep. Check out both Interim and Danny.
All of the songs that I will post on this page will be written, recorded, produced, mastered, and played totally by myself (unless noted otherwise). I typically start with guitar tracks, usually from acoustic to electric. I then record the bass line followed by the drums. Keyboards are the last bit of instrumentation that I record, as I strategically place them in parts of the song that I feel would benefit from a little more "color". When all the instrumentation is recorded, and I feel comfortable with the music, I write and record vocals.
My main axe is a Gibson SG Faded Special with Seymour Duncan pickups. I plug this into a Peavey Valveking stack with a Marshall MC412 cab. I just purchased a Yamaha acoustic as my primary acoustic, but I have previously recorded with an Ariana Acoustic Electric guitar. By drum kit is a beginner/intermediate level PDP Z5 kit, but tuned up with Remo Pinstripe heads and other performance options. I love the sound of this kit regardless of its advertised level. I use Paiste cymbals and Vater sticks.
As for bass, I have been using a Fender Precision Bass, which is lovingly owned and lent to me by Kevin Penney. I record keyboards with MicroKorg XL synthesizer, generously owned and lent to me by Danny Leonard.
My recording program is Adobe Audition 3.0. I have a Phonic Mixer (owned by the wonderful Danny Leonard) that I use for preamps and pre-mix EQ. This goes into a RadioShack mixer that I use for audio monitoring. My mics are a Shure SM57, a Shure SM58, a Sterling Audio STS condenser (lent to me by the amazing Matthew Shapiro), and some various cheap mics that are multi-purpose.
My goal as a musician is to be a musician. I want to bring back music that's more than just an idustry product. Music is, truly, an art form. Its sole purpose is to be itself, and to be enjoyed in no other way than listening.
How about the plane-shaped plume of smoke and the hole in the building the exact size of the wingspan? Are they holograms too? How about the 3,000 people that were killed, and the tens of thousands of people in and around New York City that witnessed the plane hit the building? You must think the...
