I strive to simply become an extension to each and every financial advisor's office that I work with -- to the point that you consider me a part of your TEAM. For each advisor and office this can be something completely different, as I've yet to run across any two that are alike. Whether this includes hunting down that tough-to-find product niche for an advisor in Washington, sharing how one of my top advisors is leveraging his radio show to fill his calendar without seminars, or outlining steps to grow your web presence and referral network by taking advantage of the Facebook and Twitter phenomenon -- these are all conversations I've had in the past.The one thing that I have found consistent with every advisor I've had the privilege to work with - they all LOVE how I get paid! I left my corporate salary behind for the upside of 100% commission. I get paid the same way you do, when your cases issue!
