All i meant was: form a 90 degree bend at your elbow...the weight is now directly in front of your chest. Now don't bend your arm, but slightly roll your shoulder back. theres still a 90 degee bend, but the weight is now in front of your waist....that's all i meant when i said you were not gett...

I was going to post the same; wouldn't it be better to get full extension, otherwise your just rotating your shoulder....but at the end of the day, your doing curls in the squat rack, so does it really matter :)

Same experience with NO. Only I did have a good workout with it, so I continued to take it, and that nervous/anxiety feeling eventually went away. Finishing my bottle this week, probably go with something else.

Depends on goals. I wouldn't knock the C&J; nor would I knock the snatch. If your goal is strength training and trying to become more explosive and have overall power - oly lifts are NOT bad. If your goal is primarily physique probably not. Best advice I ever heard was, "If you chase two rabb...
