Plays favorites from the 50's to current hits, oldies, folk and bluegrass. They offer fresh arrangements of older tunes, 'brother harmonies' and ringing 3-part harmonies. They add humorous songs and patter, and always involve their audiences, inviting participation of some sort on virtually all of their songs (at least foot tapping).

Without-A-Paddle Make A Splash.
The band got started at the Mayflower Club in North Hollywood, where they currently appear monthly. They have performed at the Crown and Anchor in Thousand Oaks, many private parties, and their following continues to expand. Without a Paddle is now preparing to record their first CD. DON ERICKSON - Guitar/Vocals:
Don was a performing "folkie" during great folk revival of the 60's and has kept his enthusiasm through the years. He has an insatiable appetite for good acoustic songs and has followed the music of artists such as Buddy Holly, Crosby, Stills Nash & Young, Dan Fogelberg, Everly Brothers, Johnny Cash, John Denver, Peter, Paul & Mary, Simon & Garfunkel and Tom Paxton. His skill on guitar and vocal versatility injects energy into the group's performance. Don's repertoire includes hundreds of tunes, and the band is that much more comfortable fielding audience requests.
PAUL CHRISTIAN - Mandolin/guitar/harmonica/Bass/Banjo/Vocals:
Paul is a veteran of the British folk club scene in the 60's and 70's, Paul and his then-partner ran their own folk club at college and, as the "Dynamic Duo," played and sang at college concerts and local pubs. Paul had put his instruments to one side to pursue career and family, and then met Don in the late 90's, re-kindling the old flame. Although folk music is his first love, Paul now enjoys playing several instruments and a wide range of musical styles. It's the "ham" in him that prompts him to tell jokes and offer British-style monologues between songs.
DAVE MILLIGAN -- Guitar/Bass/Vocals:
Dave came from a family that loved to sing. Following his church choir days, he embraced the music of the 60's as a fan of the Grateful Dead, Jimmy Hendrix, The Doors, Peter, Paul & Mary, (you get the picture). He began to play guitar in the 90's with his first Guild six-string, a guitar that he cherishes today. Dave loves melodic ballads and harmonizing on upbeat numbers. His fans like his mild manner and subtle sense of humor. Dave joined Paul and Don in 2005 to form the current trio, creating the seamless three part vocal harmonies for which they have become known.
