Superb performance. I learned this piece in college and can still play it passably, not at this level, though :) Avdeeva has an excellent mastery of rubato and doesn't overdo it - a sign of high taste and self-discipline.

Their 2008-9 performances are better than they were for a number of years. Laetitia's voice is deeper and fuller, with better control. They've improved with age!
