@hollytoo I thought that pig in blanket thing was funny as well. But, Casey's reaction really threw me for a loop - she's on trial for murder, fearing the death penalty, and hearing that reference knowing he was speaking of how her child was found - and she laughed.

This witness should have been dismissed once they knew had no personal "hands on" analysis of the materials of this case.

I feel so, so sorry for the jury. This is absolutely painful to listen to - I can't imagine what is was like to actually have to be there.

Could any mother sit there showing little to emotion of any kind - while someone discussed their child's "bones" ?
