I could start with no tooling in the machine, setup the tooling, start from scratch on the program, set the "D" and run 5 parts before this machine chuncked one out... what a joke of a robot..... that robot could have paid for 10 years of a mans salary.... not including the maintainence costs of ...

also, why run the goosnech backwards? just go in-in on those last 2 bends with the goosneck faceing you...... and get rid of the slow bend speed and position.... just slam it home and hurry up.... up acting models are MUCH faster than this down acting... i run the bend speed at 0..... just have ...

no, the junior suite has a hot tub on the balcony, our room looked just like this one but with a single bed, just be forewarned the food sucks at jade.... ive been to 11 resorts in cancun/ riviera and this resort had the worst food by far.....

we stayed here in july 2010 for our honeymoon, the room was nice but the food at this resort was terrible.... i wouldnt stay there again

200 ton amada promecam here, thats a pretty complicated bend you did there..... I also run amada rg-100's upacting presses,

no kidding, its actually 3 manning it, theres a third handing them the parts.... only 1 man is needed, i form parts 5x the size by myself and are 12 gauge..... on an amada rg-100

he has no choice? Have you ever even ran a press before? Please explain why he has no choice but to run his hands in the tool path. I bet if he saw somebody lose an entire hand in a press like i have seen, he wouldnt be holding it like that....( and fyi it was in an amada promecam14...
