I'm an Orange County, California, gay guy into boots, leather, white tube socks, jock straps, the crack of the whip, and the sting of the paddle. I loved the '70's (I danced at Studio 54 when I was an under-aged teen), did the corporate thing in the '80's, and by the '90's was burnt and bored. Nice, though, to have survived Reaganomics, two Bush administrations, the war on drugs (Nancy Reagan had it right, but who knew, huh?), the reality-show consumerist corruption of the media (Paddy Chayefsky had that one right), and so much more. Now I feel like I'm ready for the artist in me to surface.

Also, I'm "back on the market," as they say. My boyfriend of eight years and I broke up several months ago though we are still living in the house we own together. Anybody in the Orange County/L.A. area interested in getting together?
