Movies:
Anything by Italian Actresses, Gina Lollobrigida, Claudia Cardinale, Silvana Mangano, but most of all Sophia Loren, the most unique actress of the 20th Century. On the other side of the spectrum I am a huge fan of Walt Disney-All his movies, but especially Pinocchio and Sleeping Beauty. I also like Alfred Hitchcock movies, musicals, and classics.I have to also mention Sarita Montiel, the great and beautiful Spanish actress/singer who was my first crush at age 6.I also would like to mention Hayley Mills, Patty Duke, Lesley Gore, Shelley Fabares, and Annette, heart throbs of my pre-teen and teenage years.Last but not least, the cartoons of Max Fleischer, and more specifically-Betty Boop. Betty graced the TV screen of my early childhood in Cuba and her character has special significance for me.
Music:
The late 50's, 60's and 70's. Of the 50's, I love The Fleetwoods, Connie Francis, Doris Day, Elvis Presley, Paul Anka, Los Cinco Latinos, and Doo Wop. Of the 60's, The Early 60's Teen Idols, Surfing Music, Motown, Girl Groups, and of course the British Invasion. Of the 70's, I love the singer songwriter movement with Carole King, James Taylor, Carly Simon, etc.

Biographies of famous celebrities.

Wonderful tribute! Your mother must have been the best! She must be very proud of you. My mother too was a great woman. Sadly I do not know anything of her childhood except that she was adopted at an early age. She was Catholic and very religious. I miss her. I also want to thank you for sharing the songs by Paul Anka. Dance On Little Girl after 62 years still brings tears to my eyes. Thank you.
