the best thing for you to do is to call Microsoft. they fix ALL xbox 360's if they have 3 red lights because it is their fault. they didn't fix mine because the guy i bought it off had removed the warranty sticker on the front under the face plate. so just phone them up, they'll ask for your serial number. and its a free phone number
