mine is ringing sound. Drive me nuts especially at night or in a quiet room. I live by myself so it's pretty quiet most of the time except for the ringing sound. Hopefully someone somewhere out there come out with a cure for it.

@Sumacpipecarver well technically it's not an upgrade, because I didn't upgrade anything. I built this bike up from frame up. Race face evolve ss crankset, bb7 disc brakes, inexpensive wheels and tires (big mistake to skimp on the wheelsets), and some parts laying around in the garage.
