I'd like for there to be "normal" content progression--where people gear up for "normal" raiding by doing "normal" dungeons--and "heroic" content--where people gear up for "heroic" raids by doing "heroic" dungeons and "normal" raids.

Normal zombies are too strong. It's hard to kill those with basic handguns and basic shotguns.
Nevermind, just checked: starting equipment of the character you selected. I might rethink my chosen character now, but unfortunately I'm up to level 6 on impossible. Looking like a tough level.
