Those tail rotors leave a lot to be desired. If you have modified the tail bending it up like mine make sure it's not too much. Even when it looked like pleanty of room on mine the rotor worked it's way back and whacked a blade off the tail. Also try a Heli-max cp tail rotor or even some El-cheap...
