Bodygraphics Fitness is an Inland Based Fitness Company that specializes in Preparatory Fitness for the Fire Service, Law Enforcement and Military. We also gear our fitness to the high school and college athlete training for competition performance as well as personal training and general fitness for the public. We have a variety of classes ranging from "Brute Force Extreme Training" to "Women's Extreme Boot Camps" and "Senior Fitness."
Founder and Instructor, Colleen Estrada, has worked in the Fire Service and Emergency Medical Services since 1989. She started "Bodygraphics Fitness" in 1999, and in 2004 accepted the position of Instructor of Record for Firefighter Fitness in Crafton Hills College Regional Fire Academy. In 2008 she left the Fire Department to dedicate full time to Bodygraphics Fitness and Preparatory Career Fitness in all fields, but specializing in Firefighter Fitness.
