VEDA 2011 - 19 Controversy!
I'm sorry, but it's what I believe.
1) I submit they can also be used for taking out the garbage, or visiting a neighbor with the intention or not coming in or of removing the flip flops on entry.
2) I originally planned to have Gridley buy flip-flops for Daphne rather than athletic shoes, but then that just seemed wrong.
