Gosh this brings back many memories. I first heard it over the speaker system playing radio station KYND @ work with SIP Inc. in Houston, Texas in 1977. When I heard it, I fell in love with the song. Thanks for placing it on YouTube, whoever you are.

He also made a recording called "Someone". I've got it on a 45. I've had this record since '69 & still in execellent shape.

Wow!! I'm happy this is on YouTube. I've purchased the 45 when it was released in '67. After all these years, I still have it & in excellent shape.

Gosh! I wished they made real, genuine, country music like this again instead of that watered down stuff they have today.

I watched Pure Country as well on CMT today (Saturday). Of course, as always, I boohooed @ the end of the film as I always do when I replace Harley's face with Vickie's face. This is one scene I'll never forget.
