Might want to google flexion of the spine and see what damage it can do. Also the first part of the pull is initiated with the traps in this video. Not saying that is wrong but posturally it's going to be a mess.

Not trying to be a hater but inhalation is coupled with pulling ,extension ,abduction and external rotation. Need to inhale on the pull - just watch what your sternum does when you inhale and and exhale and this should tip you off. 99% of people exhale on pulling movements which is incorrect. Y...
