just some vids of me from a few years ago doing some taiji. i train in sun style bagua and hsing i also. we teach northern Shaolin, Pai Lum kung fu(white dragon) and Wu dang internal arts. the taiji on the page is from different teachers i have met thru the years. i have to say after all these years the 2 teachers who have influenced me the most are Master Jou tsung hwa of the tai chi farm, whos wu style i am doing in the video, and Lin chih young of new york. they both have taught me to look beyond movment to the inner essence of the art. i have trained in chen, yang, wu hao, some pai lum tai chi.
