Marcello was born in Palermo, Sicily.
Marcello has a great passion for nature and believes in the universality of mankind and that only man is the one who can change history. For this reason we should all actively help the people in the world with difficult life circumstances. Together we should elaborate on improving the lives of these people.

Furthermore, Marcello cares a lot about living healthy and natural products. He also likes to travel, for example in India, to meet the local people and to get to learn their cultures and religions. He loves animals and he likes the feeling of the moment. This with regard to Confucius, who has said: "The water of the river flows, but it is always different".

Ofcourse one of his biggest passions is music. He studied Jazz-guitar and classical lyrical singing. Also he attended the songwriter school that is directed by Mogol "Lucio Battisti". He appreciates sincere and great musicians like James Taylor, Steely Dan, Pat Metheny, Sting, Ivan Lins and many others.
Marcello is graduated in Law and Political Science in Palermo University.

According to Marcello, music is the key to interpret reality. It is like a mask through which one perceives reality. He does not like people who think in the standard way, as if there is just one proper way of how music should be. He also thinks that technological progress should not become an artificial creation of rules. With too many rules one gets confused. Simplicity is the best key to interpret music. Nowadays, unfortunately, music has become a business that tends to homogenize everything, whereas difference and specificity is of great importance. For this reason, Marcello loves Lenny Kravitz, a simple but brilliant artist, with whom he once had an interesting talk. His favorite album of Lenny Kravitz is Let Love Rule. He also met Stevie Wonder (favorite album: Inner Vision) and Denzel Washington (favorite movie: Malcolm X). According to Marcello, all three represent artists that with difficulty but simplicity have become famous.
