I think it's a shame that people believe all crossfitters don't do sports. "The sport for non athletic people." They're only showing the crossfit side of them. I'm assuming they all are pretty athletic at sports as well.

I crossfit and I agree with a lot of you, some people over do it, some people get really pretentious about it. I crossfit because it's a style that I love to better MYSELF, while I see more and more people that crossfit to be called elite, I crossfit to better my life.

@ramaj789 It's sad that myself as an 18 year old kid can realize the value in exercise no matter what it is. There's always been outlandish claims, and there's always been people opposing those claims. The point is to do what you need to do and forget all doubt.

I see people hate on crossfit so much, but if it's terrible why is there not more injured skinny competitors instead of big, in shape competitors.

There's going to be negativity in any aspect of every sport. Yes sport. The MAIN point of crossfit is that it works for the people who do it. There are arrogant people in crossfit, as there are in every sport. If crossfit doesn't work for you, it doesn't mean shit, you could be an amazing basketb...

This is an amazing video. This is the awareness people need to control what we say. I don't know you Lindsey, but I know some of your friends and by default this makes me proud of you.

I can already picture guitar parts and drums that would be incredible matches for this amazing music.

You won't notice a difference from your own eyes at first. When I first gained 15 pounds of muscle the only real difference I noticed is that I felt better and more energetic. The working out will be easier, you've done a really good job with nutrition because that's a HUGE part of overall better...

@bumpa1501 I agree with the weights looking bigger then they would with just tens. But they make the sizing like this so the distance between the bar and the ground is the same no matter the weight.

The reality of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is that it's part of a sport. Sport fighting. It's a practice yes, but try throwing any other athlete into a knife fight and see how well they do. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu isn't supposed to have you quickly attack and get out, it's a strategy, for the sport it's used...

No matter how off Danny gets, not saying he is terrible in this video, the band always stays really well together. The musicianship is definitely there.

@welcometohell210 Some people enjoy the mixture though. There's lots of different screaming types and I know for sure that Xander doesn't make his into wanna be metal. There's a lot of musicianship going on here and truth be told a lot of bands, no matter the genre, sound the same.

I've done a lot of cross fit workouts through mma and the effect that lifting to be in better shape has on you is amazing. It can help you...
