Paul Wilson Was born August 29 1962, in Cincinnatti Ohio. Paul grew up in Ohio until the age of 15 where he played multiple sports and activities to include basketball. At the age of 16 Paul moved to Albuquerque New Mexico and went to Highland High School where he was very active in Gymnastics, Basketball, and Motorcross. Paul picked up his first guitar at the age of 16 and was self taught. During the six years of self teaching Paul played with multiple bands and various headline artist. at the age of twenty Paul met his future wife Kelly at Eldorado High School while he played in a band named "London". Paul played with London for just over five years and during this time paul played multiple shows and opened for many others. Paul than began taking theory from multiple teachers and guitarist from around the local and surrounding area of where he lived. Paul married Kelly and they had their first child Kristina. In the summer of 1989 paul endured the biggest test of faith in God. But this test only made him stronger as a man a father and as a Christian. Paul uses this test everyday to help spread his testimony and the strength of God and all he cn do for anyone that believes in him. Paul has done multiple set in the recording studios for band and artist such as "Pillbox, Ground Zero, and Skip Heitzig" to name a few. Paul was the lead electric guitarist for Calvary Chapel of Albuquerque for just over eleven years while still doing guitar sets for multiple artists. Paul was also the Worship leader at Calvary East for two years. Paul has been pursuing his dream of teaching guitar theory, history, solo, improv, blues, rock, and various others for the last seven years. With his home based teaching studio Paul teaches all styles and also different platforms (Bass, Electric, Acoustic). While teaching Paul still makes time for his family, friends, and makes music for others to enjoy.
