(I wish youtube would let me change my channel name to something better . . .)
About Me:
I believe that music should not be heavily restricted by conventional Western music theory-- But that music should be created by guided and consciously controlled through inner feeling and balanced lifestyle close to nature.
I've been thinking about creating a music group consisting of people with similar values.
My music on this channel isn't quite as "good" as I'd like. I hope to make more fabulous-sounding music in the future.

Channel Comments

I'm considering channel reconstruction. : )
Much effort and thought went into the building of these instruments +they are of sentimental value to me. I am only willing to sell them for $100+ per piece.
(I just constantly tinker with them until they work.)
But here are some guidelines for any instrument construction:
* Closely examine other instruments
* Feel, listen, and tap the resonators of other instruments to get a feel of the materials' sound quality.
* Think about how the minute vibration (sound waves) gracefully flow into the resonator.
* Then just try to build a simplified and affordable version of the instrument.
(Psst-- Here's little secret I have: "perfectly-constructed" instruments tend to sound "flat." (In my opinion) I suggest you go for: a slightly lopsided design with preferably natural materials and minimal work (+construction accidents) to produce really unique and interesting timbre. A lot of my best instruments were made this way. : ) )
Have you already posted this on ehow, as 29Kyora suggested?
Amazing, and haunting sounding.
Thanks for posting!
