Update: 08/12/10:
I've been on a mad journey with the five string banjo for just over two years. If I could somehow travel backwards in time to show the most recent video I've posted to the bumbling dolt who couldn't keep rhythm through a two finger chord change and claim that it was me, my past self would call me a looney. But there it is, the journey from beginning to present is all there on this channel, complete with embarrassing screw ups and grating amateurism.
Anyone can play music, folks. It's not a magical god given talent. The only thing seperating a comeplete beginner from a hot picker is time, hard work, and dedication. Imagine if we had video of Hendrix struggling to make an F major chord that doesn't sound like crap and I think you'll get where I'm coming from here.
Granted those three things I mentioned above come easier if you love music enough to keep at it, which apparently I did.
