@Tanner96t because this seems more of an open session ride than a race. he wasn't going fast at all (camera bike) so it doesn't seem like a race. That's why some woulda stopped or this guy should have stopped. or whatever. especially when there is no worker dude with flag around..who knows how lo...

Wish he would have got like 4th at the start, that way we can see some competition and racing others then being in the lead the whole time seeing only the track ahead haha ;)

@BeautysCrush Eh not that bad. Im no expert on weight lifting, but i know that arms are a smaller part of your body and take less time to heal. You can work your arms prolly around every other day 3 days out of the week. Taking protein supplements helps a little as well with recovery and such as ...

@divinedvon physical condition means pretty much nothing if you don't have endurance. keep that in mind. to become a PJ it takes ENDURENCE like none other. But yes, im sure you would need to be pretty dang strong as well lol

@Nocon6 yeah, it was changed like septeber 1st actually. and its like 54 sit ups, 52 pushups and the 500meter swim is 10:07 i think. and the run is 9:47 or so. so yeah, your really close haha
