@spectres0024 Born in 59 and even though I complain about getting older and wanting to be in my 20's again, I would've missed out on the 60's music. So I guess I'll just roll with the punches. And thanks to my two older brothers who would play David Gates on the phonograph.

@RTT8001 I couldn't agree with you more.....I don't use our lightrail system if possible because of the kids and their filthy mouths. They think its cool so they speak loud so everyone can hear.

Absolutely love this song.....I like the German just a wee bit better even though I don't understand it. Brings me back to when my dad and mom would drop me off at work and I had my minature boom box with me, listening to all my 80's music.

@supersabrejet I agree nothing like 80's music. I was in my early 20's when the night clubs played this song. I'm fortunate to have heard 60's 70's & 80's music and appreciate it, especially one hit wonders that you won't hear unless you find it here on youtube.

One of my favorite Tavares songs.....everybody has been played at least once....it's how we learn life's lessons. This song should get thousands of hits from all the lovers lol. Heaven is missing a angel is #1 but this one is a close second. Whodunit.....

Sactown Cali is proud of Club Nouveau. I work with one of the members now and I worked (at a store) with a talented gentleman by the name of Robert Brookins (hope I spelled the name right) back in the late 70's may he RIP.

I was wondering why I didn't see Bubu playing the drums at the 2009 Berkley Jazz Festival. I first saw Kenny G back in 1986 at Lake Tahoe and when I saw Mr. Carters drum solo I was like " that dude is bad". If you don't mind me asking how did he past? .......regardless my thoughts...

@bc1050 I agree I saw them a few years ago here in Sacramento CA and it was worth all $500 for 2 tix. I'm now trying to see all the great music icons. I wishes I could've seen the Beatles even if I was only 5 yrs old in 64'.

Congrats to wolfela......wished my marriage would've lasted more than 4 years. I thought I was the only one who used this as our wedding song LOL. I did have a trio sing it live. I believe they were friends or even sang with Club Noveau here in Northern Ca.
