I love the show The Biggest Loser. The show along with YouTube weight loss community has been my total inspiration and motivation to start losing weight and eating healthy.

Current exercise plan is running/walking 3 to 5 miles plus eliptical, 5 to 6 days per and lifting free weights 4 to 5 days per week.
I have been a runner for 3 years now and am just FINALLY changing the way I eat.

3. 04/23/09: 186.3 pounds (+.3 -- bloated! Actually -- I am only up .3. I said 1.3 ... oops!)
4. 04/30/09: 184.4 (-1.9)
5. 05/07/09: 182.4 (-2)

7. 05/21/09: 175.9 (-3)
8. 7/2/09: 185 (+9.1) Had been sick -- starting again
