@bergaflickal true, and then at 60k miles see it fall apart, yes the ss can be made fast and yes stock they are somewhat quick, but lets be real people, the ss is not in the same class as an sti, im not baggin on either car but come on, its no comparison, its like comparing a crx to a g35 coupe, ...

im new to the jeep scene, im buying a jeep this week but how do you know what model it is? Im buying a used jeep for winter purposes but im not sure how to tell the model type

@gonzal59 Ok so you have a 350z thats cool, but still you can't possibly think an sti is a pimped out neon, an sti is a rally car, and even if it is a street car its still in a higher class then neons...thats like me saying your 350z is in the same class as your supposed jag xkr...not reasonable

@zweb620 no he shouldnt, each car has what is called fuel cut, the sti is somewhere around 6700-6800 rpms, anything above that is worthless, its basically like just revving up your motor, you aren't gaining any power

@NeoPanzerth Yeah i know its just a warning light, but what im saying is i'd turn it on to the rpms right before redline just cuz you probably wont be shifting that high too often anyway, and it will help if you are really getting on it or racing somewhere, cuz instead of looking down at the rpms...

not too bad, do you still have the stock bbs rims? if you do, throw some blizzaks on those and put those on during the winter, huge difference!

first off im failing to think the sti is modded at all, or if it is, it might have a cai and a cat back if your lucky, that or the csrt-4 is heavily modded cuz he would never pull that hard that quickly, sorry just saying. man i love this car but you need to take off that b.o.v. The car runs rich enough stock let alone putting on a completely atmospheric b.o.v. If you want a use blow off valve, get a recirculated one, you won't get the sound out of it, but it will help reduce your motor from running rich
