Anarchism, as an ideology, does not mean "do whatever you want when you want" It seeks to put control back in the hands of communities, workplaces etc at a directly democratic level. Protection of individual rights would be put into the hands of the people. If you murder someone, the community, rather than the state, would distribute justice accordingly. Putting this theory into practice presents problems, but I believe communities can protect themselves better than uniformed ticket writers can.-unkown
