FFS, both Jack and Rose were fictional characters. At the same time though, in a way their story was all too real. Thousands of people really did die on the Titanic,, and thousands more lost loved ones. Think of Rose as representing all those wives who survived but never saw their husbands again....

Arnold did use steroids and has never denied it, but not in the massive amounts that today's top bodybuilders use.
