About Me:
A raging demon was unleashed on the town of Jenin (early 2002)
VOICES OF JENIN (a town in Palestine)
Not even Vietnam was as bad as this ...
Every time we build a nest they destroy it
Every time we build a home they destroy it
Every time a child is born, they kill it
They killed our hope and the love that was in our hearts
What harm have our murdered children done?
We are still pulling victims out of the rubble
They say an investigation commission is on its way here
Why are all the world regulations applied to our country only,
And never to the Israelis?
For eight consecutive days they bombarded us with their tanks,
Their fighter planes and their snipers
Had Jenin been by the sea, they would have certainly resorted to their fleet.
Thank God Jenin is not on the coast.
In the end, they sent three different battalions which rotated.
Mufaz came with their minister of defense
And they intensified the attacks
And destroyed the inhabited houses with their bulldozers
The fighter planes hit and demolished the upper floors
Bulldozer demolished the rest while the people were asleep
They say we are non-democratic, reactionaries, underdeveloped and inferior people
They should let us lead our lives in our state
Without having to be at their mercy
They tell us when to breathe
Access to running water is unacceptable
Arab governments show their solidarity on paper only.
They pretend to show support but they are hypocrites
They are Bush's followers
Ever since I was 7 years old, I have always seen Israeli soldiers, prisons, concentration camps, and repression
They turned a deaf ear to the world and made us go through the worst ordeals
We are the only people on earth who are always under occupation
There are 13,000 of us living in half a square kilometer
Whereas 1,000 jews live in 10,000 square kilometers
(Sarcasm) Okay I admit we have more land than they do
The U.S. should retrace the region to allow them an extra 3 or 4 km towards the green line so as to give them more land
All right we are the terrorists that don't appreciate the stage of the siege nor hunger
We don't appreciate the annihilation, the humiliation and the contentment of totally being brainwashed
In order to apply a simple resolution which consists in bringing in international observers,
The whole world must beg Israel for its consent.

They shot at anything that moved even at a cat
Why does a sniper shoot a 12-year-old unarmed child who can barely walk?
Why shoot an old woman?
Why crush a young man under a tank when he is holding his arms up in the air?
They killed some mentally disabled people; women and children in the camp
All they need to do now is use nuclear weapons against us ...
