About this user

Having graduated from the joint programs of Seneca College and York University in Toronto, Kara Stevenson holds a Journalism Broadcasting Diploma and an Honours B.A. Degree in Communication Studies and Sociology.

Born of a West Indian father and a Chinese mother in Canada, Kara's life is enriched with the intimate experience of both cultures. In addition, being raised in the cultural mosaic of Toronto has further enriched Kara with an open perspective and appreciation of multiculturalism.

Kara aspires to pursue and excel in the television, film and radio broadcasting industry, emphasizing on the significance of equality and diversity.
