Hi my name is Lenny. I'm from the NY and CT area. I'm a big mma fan. I have little experience. I have 5 years of american goju, (a karate style), 2 years of boxing and for the last 8 years I've been researching and learning on my own, surrounding myself in an mma environment. You'll be surprised what you can pick up. I'm not training or have future plans to go pro. I just love the game and my wife loves the results. I moved to bridgeport,Ct. in 2004. I have a small facility on my property in which I do my mma training. I have equipment which was added over the years. You name it, down to the sledge hammer but still need a tire. When I train in the summer time, you can see me from my drive way. There's lots of kids in my neighborhood and sometimes they stand there and watch me train. There was something in the training that they all liked, mma training is full of explosive action. I took them under my wing and I've been training these kids for about two years now and they love it. They put in so much effort and work its amazing. I'm very proud. one of my homegirls from new york, asked me for help passing her FBI test, the physical part of it, no problem I have the equipment and the know how. from there, word of mouth and the results speak for themselves. I work in a friendly environment, but I am very serious about my traning. every day and every week my exercise change, but target the same intensity, I have men come and go,just can't hang, I wont kill you, just cause a lil pain. But like they say" no pain, no game". I love doing this, I'm only giving them the foundation, a path to follow and with my pit bulls, I founded PiT bridgeport. Its a small seed in a big field, but in time will grow. Its founded with the simple fact, that potential is guaranteed, with effort and progress..
