@tsrodman, I use to dye and wax, using sumac for the dye. I now use Kaatz Bros. KBL trap dip using 1 part KBL to 4 parts coleman lantern fuel, I have not had any digging issues with it and have caught coyotes in the dipped traps a week after dipping.

Great no B.S. videos! You show how it should be done. I'm new to the yote trappin' and have learned a TON from you. Some people trap and some people are trappers. You, my friend, are a trapper. hey man, i have another quick question if you dont mind. how do you kill your fox and coyote? ive been shooting them with a .22 but everyone tells me that im messing up because the blood recks the set. i always try to get rid of the blood the best i can and usually catch some more fox or coyotes there. some people have told me to carry a catch pole and then catch there head then to stand on there chest to sufficate them so theres no blood. others told me to hit them in the head with like a bat or something. i usually catch about 10-15 fox and about the same for the coyotes a year and was just wondering what you do to kill both of them. thanks again,
