Saw your video of Soul Calibur characters. A few suggestions: use male face 12 (the one you use makes him look old) or even better, if you have the space start with customizable Astaroth. Strip off all off his equipment then dress and color him as the Hulk. Use the short unruly hairstyle. You will notice this version of Hulk will be bigger than any random created character based on Astaroth or Rock. As for Astaroth's heart, just color it green like the rest of his body. The only thing you can't do is change the eye color. otherwise, your characters look pretty good.
