i have invested 6 perks into block but i wish i used dual wielding, should i switch, or is dual wielding not really that efficient?

@Juusuhako make sure you're using a bladed weapon like a sword or dagger and not a mace or war axe. Can't really cut someone's throat with a mace :)

@jaswer1 it's because the constellation bonuses aren't that important. Anybody can level up a skill with time, but for the most part, racial abilities are unique and are what separates races from each other.

@uykyk1 sheild. in my opinion it's more fun because perks like quick reflexes and disarm are more useful then all of the dual wielding perks

i have a question. I'm using the block skill tree but i have the perk arrow deflect which requires a shield. Should i just ditch the shield and get this weapon, or are the perks like arrow deflect and Elemental protection better?

The reason why i joined the Empire is because the real bad guys in this whole event are the Thalmor, not the Imperials or the Stormcloaks. Ultimately, i sided with whoever i thought was gonna have the best chance to fuck up the Thalmor which is obviously the Empire. Not to mention i was an Argoni...
