@slyglen I think the upper/lower case is a US modification. Schenker used only upper case in his harmonic analyses; I would suppose this is the way many people in the old countries have learned it.

To my layman's ears, this recording sounds fairly well considering that it precedes the renovation of 1982-6. It doesn't sound like more recent recordings are made the same way, so it's hard to compare the changes. Is this (buxwv 159?) available on this instrument in a recording made since 1986...

@firefwi Raw bones are OK. In fact, they are probably healthier than other calcium sources. Cooked bones are like you said, dangerous and potentially lethal.
