It's very melancholic i think but oh my god so beautiful, when guitar comes in at 2:30, can it be more beautiful than that?, and also the piano at 5:00, wonderful. Pat and Lyle complement each other so pefectly, and they make music that touches my soul.

As far from a hit song you can be, but a song don’t have to be a hit to be good. I love this one. There is a deapth and soul to it, a dreamy atmosphere. It’s well composed, great arranged/harmonies/sound by a true genious musician. Sting is one of my absolute favorite artists.

Hi, i've always been interested in/listening a lot to music since teenage years. Favorite artist is since 20 years ago Chris Rea who i think is underrated as a composer, singer and guitarist. He has written so many songs with great music/lyrics with a lot of emotion/depth/feel that appeals to me.13 years ago i discovered another now favorite of mine, Pat Metheny (jazz guitarist) who is in another genre than Chris Rea but which songs also have a lot of emotion/depth/feel to it.
Other favorite artists are Sting, Billy Joel, Paul McCartney, Bruce Hornsby etc.
I'm not happy about the music you hear nowadays on the (hit)radio, mostly i don't even think one can call it music.
Many songs today has no build up/harmonies/melodies, mostly a frase or a beat that runs/repeat itself over and over again, so simple, and often no instruments are used, computers making all of the music. I just can't listen to a lot of it, it has no heart and soul. Most songs seems like they are written at a coffee break. I love the organic sound, real instruments used, great music/melodies/harmonies and great lyric.
