	Theism: The Lack of Belief in Metaphysical Naturalism "science assumes natural laws. It studies things that are within those parameters. It's not the best method to figure that out. I think Veritas has a great video on this." Do you mean that science isn't a good tool for figuring out right and wrong? (9 hours ago)

But we've found that it's the only way we have to gather reliable knowledge about the world (outside of logical, mathematical and axiomatic truths). Whether or not the world includes invisible beings, an afterlife, and other things of the supernatural kind, science represents the only trustworthy method we have for figuring it all out. Some beliefs are not formed through the application of reason, but are axiomatic. In these cases it makes more sense to consider them as being 'arational' beliefs instead of irrational ones.
