@biffyboypro that is false. when you have weights the tension at the top is weaker (way weaker) than at the bottom where it is strongest. Bands basically work the opposite way that weights and bodyweight movements do

while I totally agree about figuring out what your body needs and having a more individual plan for nutrition. You don't need a system that needs to be paid for in order to figure it out. the information is out there and it's free. The harris benedict formula does people wonders :)
