Welcome to Bi-Op-Sea Fishing Charters on the Outer Banks of North Carolina!

Offshore fishing on the Outer Banks of North Carolina is some of the best in the world. The combination of bottom structure on the continental shelf and the gulfstream current and eddies provide excellent year round deepsea fishing for blue marlin, white marlin, sailfish, yellowfin tuna, bigeye tuna, dolphin (mahi-mahi) and wahoo. We are only 35 miles from the excellent sportfishing waters of the Gulf Stream.

January through March, join us for light tackle sailfishing in Mexico. Beat the winter blues with us on the beautiful island of Isla Mujeres, just a short ferry ride from Cancun, Mexico! Just a short run to the excellent sailfishing waters off the northern Yucatan Peninsula.

Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned pro, we strive to provide an enjoyable fishing experience for all aboard. We welcome families and children and we encourage angler participation. Thanks to all our loyal customers who come back and fish with us every year!
