More recently UNSCEAR (2000) says: "the Committee believes that an increase in the risk of tumour induction proportionate to the radiation dose is consistent with developing knowledge." Which is an endorsement of the consensus LNT model. Btw, what I came by to mention was what looks like radiation-induced static on the endoscope camera inserted into the containment of Fukushima Unit 2, similar to what you've shown in your videos : watch?v=Ak-7lRgDgww
