Many of you are missing the point here. It's not just the beating.....this child is scared to death of her father. No child should ever have to grow up fearing their parents like this. Having to live in fear like this is a nightmare for any child. Now Hillary is 23 and hates her fathers guts....

This man should should be put in jail for at least 10 years. I hope that the mother and father go to jail over this. He beat this child to satisfy himself because he was angry. It had nothing to do with discipline. The parents are truly sick people.
