Both are vituoso jazz trombonists for the ages. Bill is awesome (as usual) in his technical brilliance, but Carl's improvisational lyricism is pure poetry, and just a liitle easier for the layman to enjoy.
Before anyone thinks he is a trombonist, he should listen to these gentlemen...and despair.
