This is a straight rip off of Andy Kaufman's act. He would bomb on purpose in a foreign guy accent. This dude even stole part of his bomb jokes. But then Andy Kaufman would do a dead on Elvis impression and shock the crowd. This guy couldn't even steal properly.

this seems like a satire taking on black people. Remember the number one rule of satire is to not attack targets that the audience feels sympathy towards. Good tune, but it is racial and probably offensive to some.
