I wouldn't describe this rifle as a "sniper rifle". The action alone severely limits its application as a serious contender for the category. Add to that, it is afterall merely an AK variant and...well...you get the picture. Further, the guy firing it was no serious shooter. Watch the video again...

It is not actually as quiet as advertised. Infact in tests done (available to view on youtube) is eas just as loud as regular .22 lr. Also, that heavy 60 grain bullet will drop dramatically compared to say a 32 grain. Also a solid bullet will not damage as much as a hollow...
