dude, use hydrogen peroxide as mouthwash. Its an incredible disinfectant, available at most walmarts and pharmacies. its more effective than listerine, and helps more with bad breath. It burns like hell the first few times, but i have gingivitis, i can feel four cavities, and i have almost no enamel. It helps...a lot. just use a mint or something minty afterwards, and your breath wont smell. DONT SWALLOW IT!!!
