Obviously from the heat I'm gettin about my youtube video some people are confused about what I'm doing with my mixtape and my music. I know there's gonna be hate, people that love my music, and some that are iffy or don't know what I'm doing and I'm all for respecting opinions cause everyone has one and people like different music...it's all understandable.

What I don't get is when someone can't justify what they think or give me tips on what I should do to better my music. I'm near fed up trying to appeal to mainstream people and people that are trapped in the cardboard box with the mentality that I'm trying to be something I'm not. Since I started rapping I've always thought that if you're fake with your music, you ain't got a chance to move any units and that's what most listeners want, truth from the artist they're listening to. I don't hide the fact that I didn't grow up in the hood. I never hid the fact that I live in a middle class home. Hell, I went from living in a decent income of near 70,000 a year to my family's current income of living off the government because of my dad passing away.

The income doesn't matter as much as losing my father, so don't it twisted that our family was using him and anyone with a level head would understand that. I'm sorry that I'm not out getting blazed or taking some acid and making a track about the experience cause personally I feel that isn't for me but you don't see me bad mouthing dudes that do it whether it's another rapper or a kid that goes to my school. You get one life to live and you live it how you want and I can accept that. My topics I rap about mostly are anything I need to get off my chest that I'm going through, women(of course lol), what I think of rap music's current state, and hoping that my future is successful.

People don't want to elevate their minds and think outside of the box and BAM, I'm a wigger. First look, first thought. Don't lie to yourself and tell me you didn't think that when you first saw me because chances are, you were. I enjoy listening to a solid club track just as much as anyone else and what I've realized in the past few months is that people don't get it. Wayne dropped his song The Best Rapper Alive on the Carter 2 with the idea that he thought he was the best at what he was doing and if I say I'm the best, it's what I think. They have plenty of other rappers that could destroy me freestyling, true. So when I'm asked to do it I always tell people no.

Why? Because I know I can't come as hard or deliver like other artists who have been in the game putting out records for years so I don't bother. I've been trying to better myself at it by doing some routine freestyles and after recording if I like it then I'll put it on the net. I'm a fucking 17 year old for Christ's sake yet you all expect me to drop some killer ass freestyle when I haven't even released a mixtape yet. I got in to rap music cause I saw it as a form of expression, a way to let out my thoughts since I'm really quiet/shy in person and a way to build confidence. Something like medicating my disease of quietness.

I've been going at it for only a little over half a year with recording my music and getting better at how I write and deliver a message even though I started only writing 2 years ago. I used to be COMPLETE garbage then and to some, maybe I still am. My music isn't for you, well, tough shit for me I guess, there's billions of people in this world that'll give it a spin and will either like it or sleep on it. I've rambled on for a good bit and have touched on most of the topics that have been eating at me from responses I've been given from my video. If you still don't understand then I guess I wasted your time. Ignorance is bliss though and if I have to swallow it like any other opinion whether it's good or bad, then I guess I will.
