@wmiller720 Sounds about like what I've been thinking about doing to my truck! I got a '96 ex. cab long bed 4x4 with the 7.3 and an auto. I just ordered stage 1 injectors from Beans last weekend, and I've been looking at a D66, Adrenaline HPOP, 6-pos. chip, and of course, beefing up the tranny lol

Sweet truck bud! I have a '96 7.3, unfortunately its an auto. But I've been putting a lot of thought into swapping a 5 speed into it this summer. Real trucks have 3 pedals, 2 sticks, and no spark plugs!
