About The BHS Acadeca 09-10 Youtube Channel
This is the youtube channel for the Benicia California High School's Academic Decathlon team.
Academic Decathlon is an academic competition at the high school level. As the name implies the decathlon consists of events, including Super Quiz, a lighting fast Jeopardy like event. A yearly theme ties these ten events together; the 2009-2010 theme is the French Revolution. Schools from all over the North Bay send teams to compete in the North Bay Regional Academic Decathlon in late January and early February.
The BHS Acadeca class is a unique and wonderful academic elective offered at BHS. Teams are made up of students from all grade levels and GPA's. Classmates look after each other and work together for a common goal: the pursuit of knowledge... and fun!
