Watch as Better Homes and Gardens shows you these Easter basket ideas! Trim your Easter basket with gingham fabrics in light pastel colors that translate into a festive garland. To create your own personalized Easter baskets, gather Gingham print fabrics in a variety of colors and cut strips that are 1-1/2 inch wide and six inches long. Overall, you'll need ten strips per inch to create these Easter basket ideas. Tear these pieces into strips to give the ends a frayed appearance. Tie these strips in any sort of order you want on a jute string, separating colors and following no pattern whatsoever. Continue tying each piece and pushing it up the jute string to finish the garland. Try and balance out the different colors with one neutral color, like muselin. Once your garland has reached the length of the basket, tie each end off at either handle. This Easter craft is finished! These Easter baskets are an adorable way to store Easter treats in a one-of-a-kind manner.
